"Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks. The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"We had an amazing, relaxing time at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The buggy service up and down the hill was great (it's a steep walk in the heat!) and responsive. We can recommend using their shuttle service from the airport and back. The food was great, and the breakfast selection was brilliant. "Our room service was not good, but it may be subjective. They have over 1000 rooms so maybe the person who is cleaning our rooms was not motivated. Food is awesome. Service is really nice and friendly to children."
