Staff at reception were very welcoming and provided helpful information whenever requested. Catering / waitress staff were also extremely friendly, offering prompt efficient service always. The ambiance of the Hilton hotel and its close proximity to a lovely restaurant was just what we needed for a restful holiday. They were able to accessed reasonably priced taxis for us. (Local public transport is limited but frequent intercity buses to destinations out of Nicosia). Cyprus is a beautiful...

Great from start to finish. Helpfully emailed to arrange a taxi for us from the airport before arrival, staff were friendly throughout and location was great. Bar cocktails were also very good. Highly recommend.

We booked the standard room and upon our arrival they upgraded our room for free. Our room was clean and comfortable. There's a mini bar in thr room and a pillow menu with small samples to choose from. Daily room cleaning service. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and offer top service, from reception to all restaurants and Skybar. They are very organised and its pretty clear that they work well together in order to provide the best service. All food we had here (cafe on the 5th...

Excellent choice Better than expected

We really enjoyed are stay at Sandy Beach, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were exceptional had a good night sleep every night. The breakfast was always fresh with plenty to choose from the children loved it and they never ran out of anything! The one bad thing I would say drinks were expensive, we went bed and breakfast next time we will go all inclusive to avoid this, will definitely return here again thank you Sandy Beach for a lovely holiday😀

A great hotel with great staff. The room we had on arrival was not quite the partial sea view I expected - there was minimal sea view. This was addressed on the second day of our arrival when the staff kindly moved us to a room on the 4th floor with a much better view. Nice pool and surroundings. Nice bar menu - a little pricey but this is a 5* hotel I guess so that's okay.

Quiet & relaxing
