"I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

"The property was ok, but struggled with heating/cooling of room. No access to roof top or fitness area. Parking and tourist tax should be built into rate when you pay upfront."
