"Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un joli balcon pour profiter du soleil. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Une belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter"

"You are paying for the view!!!! This hotel was not worth the money spent in my opinion. The hotel staff was not very accommodating, though the restaurant staff was lovely. We had to bring our luggage up to our room and back down during check in and check out — no one even offered and trust me it was a hike to get it up there. Also they overcharged us at every turn. At their overpriced wine testing (which they were unprepared for our reservation, not set up and didn’t remember what we booked)...

"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up.
But other than that - amazing stay! "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. Everything was well organised and very clean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"We felt so fortunate to find this place after our initial booking in Tuscany did not work out. We booked last minute and showed up 30 minutes later, and Angela and Alessandro were so kind and gracious to get us settled. They didn't know that they could receive last minute bookings.
