The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem "

"Overall a lovely hotel and beautiful staff . Breakfast was a bit limited . Just standard . The bacon ran out and was not cooked well . What was left in the pan was cold . Cooks needed to fill bacon station regularly. Eggs cooked for you were very good but took some time which is okay and came later . The fruit was a disappointment and the way it was presented. It was cut in tiny cubes !! Strawberries would have been nice as they are in season. The toast station was a bit untidy and the bread...
