Amazing hotel. Beautiful views. Fantastic staff. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great food. Lovely spa. Perfection!

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel, clean, great breakfast, great service, can't fault it. Not in centre but just a short walk and team ride to hey there. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

A great location for the old town and very helpful and friendly staff

Excellent location for exploring Krakow and outlying areas. Staff were friendly and happy to support with advice on how and when to visit places. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had excellent views.

Perfectly located, especially with the tram line outside the hotel for those preferring not to walk so far. The two restaurants don’t let it down, and the Polish Michelin Guide Stradom 12 is worth a visit. Hedwigs bar shouldn’t be missed either - fantastic drinks and great service. Even a cigar menu, though not for us. The pool and gym are very well equipped, probably up there with the best I’ve experienced for a hotel like this. Overall, a fantastic hotel nestled in between the old town and the...

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, SPA facilities exceptional, breakfast good.

Superb hotel in a brilliant location. Concierge staff were brilliant

Excellent location, just off the main square. Old building, yet a bit of boutique style. Clearly some though has gone into the design. Staff brilliant and very attentive even before we arrived!. Happy to organise taxi from airport (very nice big merc). Room spotless with Nice Jacuzzi bath and big shower. Lovely smelly toiletries Yummy breakfast, nice to have something other than standard fry up. Didn't have chance to use spa Would definitely go again.

What a fantastic hotel - quiet, clean and amazing staff. Great bar/restaurants and the spa is incredible. Will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the old town close to the square but on a quiet street. Lovely hotel with fantastic jazz style cocktail bar in the basement with live music.

Great hotel location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable clean rooms. Would stay again.

The hotel is just lovely! It's a little more retro than others we've stayed in - the keys are actual keys with heavy brass keyrings for example - but this was a real feature, things weren't overly modern but everything was just right. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was great and tea, coffee and water were replenished daily. The staff were lovely and helpful and the cocktails in the bar (especially at happy hour) were some of the best we'd ever had! We had breakfast every day and there...

Absolutely loved this property!!! Perfect location; close to all the amenities, fantastically spacious, clean, lovely room with bathrobe and slippers. Great bath/room. It rained quite a bit during our stay in Krakow so, for me, to find that they had a very nice gym with high quality equipment was superb; an early morning work out (open from 06.30 hrs) set me up for the day. Lovely, professional, friendly staff; efficient, serving us very nice food dishes, lend us umbrella's and were...

Excellent hotel, close to Wawel Castle. Turn left out of the hotel and in 2 minutes you are at the foot of Wawel Castle. Turn right out of the hotel and a few minutes more gets you to the main square. Nowhere in the old town is more than 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was good and the standard fruits, meats, jams, breads, cheeses, cereals could be complemented by omelettes, scrambled egg, eggs benedict etc (for a modest extra cost). ...

Fantastic hotel located superbly on the west side of Market square, perfect for wandering the old town streets soaking up the atmosphere. Our room had amazing views overlooking the square and was both spacious and opulent. Without a doubt the best choice we could have made. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a lovely restaurant, wine bar and outside heated tables for people watching the myriad of activity going on outside. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING! This boutique hotel comprises three out of this world suites, all completely different. That on the top floor has an opening roof with great views and a hot tub. Ideally located right next to the castle and around the corner from excellent shops and tram stop. Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs, and the choice is very good. The lunch and dinner menu is also very good. Staff are attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended - check out their website...
