"Gym not opened on time in morning. This was frustrating. Rooms with sink in bedroom rather than bathroom. The wasps at breakfast really do need sorting. I think you should have some deterrents. Other than that a lovely stay. Thank you"

"The breakfasts were great; I loved the dining area and the Greek milk pie! Although, when we sat outside, there were a group of bees trying to steal the food, and the staff didn't help with the situation... Breakfast coffee was made by the barista, not the automatic coffee machine. We had dinner at the flow dine and wine, very nice environment with live cello music. We liked the traditional dessert. One flaw is that the room doesn't provide a luggage rack, even though there was plenty of space in the room. We also didn't receive slippers when we arrived. It's nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room, but it's a bit old and very noisy when it's turned on. Very convenient to have buggy as the hotel is big."
