"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel:
Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays.
Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening.
Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"The hotel enjoys an excellent location and is rich in history. Unfortunately, its size appears to exceed what the current staff can effectively manage. While it is a historic French property operated by an American company, it seems to offer neither the refinement and attention to detail expected of a premier French hotel nor the efficiency and customer-focused service associated with a well-managed American hotel.

"Hotel was lovely ,we were just very disappointed on arrival to find out that pool is closed and beach clubs are not operating till 2 nd of July -that was the day we were leaving .We only took this hotel to have everything in one place .It was my doughter 21 st bday and we were very disappointed.hotel is absolutely amazing -we just not happy with Expedia to let us know about this fact .We would choose another hotel .We would definitely ask for compensation as this is not acceptable.As we said...
