"Very nice and competent staff, well appointed and spacious corner room. Quiet and functional as well as well equipped for work, rest and in room dining & relaxing. Breakfast service was good, too - and the whole property just conveys class without being overbearing or giving off a "fake luxury feel". The staff are genuinely happy to see the guests, and I had a lot ofun learning Bahasa from them and being greeted by friendly smiles. Excellent stay, and I will.be back for sure."

"I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent reviews and its convenient location. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our overall experience. During breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded and we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a table. When we were eventually seated, the table had not been properly cleaned, despite being directed to it by staff. We also visited the spa as we were quite tired. Unfortunately, the therapist who attended to me was coughing throughout the massage and did not apologise, which made the experience uncomfortable. Given the premium pricing and the hotel’s five-star standard, we had expected a higher level of professionalism. The most concerning incident occurred in the evening. When we returned to the hotel at around 9:30 pm, we found our room door unlocked. This was extremely distressing for us. We immediately contacted the manager. We were later informed that housekeeping had left the door open while removing items after cleaning. Although we appreciated the explanation and the complimentary airport transfer offered the next day, the incident left us feeling unsettled and we did not sleep well that night. While we understand that it was Chinese New Year and the hotel was operating at full capacity, room security should never be compromised. We still value the hotel location and consider staying again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be taken constructively to improve the guest stay."
