"Stayed for 2 nights , in a “COSY ROOM” …. Cosy srama to have another definition , the room was without window !!! Don’t hide the Reality under an “exotic” name !!! would never booked a room without window ,wouldn’t stay there free of charge …"

"So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!"

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay.
Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend.
Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay.
That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good...
