"Room and location were great. Staff is a little slow in sending instructions, make you send ID a day before you're arriving making it a bit unnerving but otherwise fine. The time I stayed at 2nd story and it was great, but separate stay at 3rd story hot water was an issue. The water heater is weak not working great. To get it going one has to leave the kitchen faucet running. Also there was a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen sink, the tiny ones."
