"The "shared common area" with 7 private rooms is a great set up. The property is beautiful, and the place is very well stocked with everything you'll need. A great location for a larger group to book the entire venue. We plan to return with a group for Ronde van Vlaanderen. "

"AVOID. The place is disgusting. They over charged us/ripped us off. The area smells of poo (as it’s in a farm). The pool is green/mouldy. The receptionist had the worst most acrid body odour I’ve ever smelt. We were shown a smelly, small dark room (which we declined) We were going to stay at first having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children.
