"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! "For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. "Absolutely amazing stay. Every member of staff were so incredibly friendly, the food and drink offering was extensive and food was excellent. The pool areas offered options for everyone, evening entertainment was brilliant and a pool party with a DJ was a big highlight. A la Carte restaurants were excellent and overall, a perfect holiday that I would love to do again "

"I would highly recommended this hotel for a family holiday. It has something for everyone. The staff are very helpful, service was excellent, rooms were fabulous and the food choices are very good."

"This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "

"Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend "

"Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Ansonsten alles TOP. das Essen war sehr lecker, die Anlage vor kurzer Zeit erst frisch renoviert. Ein Shuttle fährt täglich zum Strand. Die Kinderaktivitäten waren ganz toll....

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft begrüßt und bekamen ein tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig. Bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit über einen Chat oder natürlich persönlich Kontakt aufnehmen und es wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Jeden Tag gab es viel Abwechslung und die Qualität der Lebensmittel war sehr hoch. Wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht! "
