"An excellent service and care for guests. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. An unexpected 'happy birthday' with a cake was a very nice touch. Very clean, excellent buffet breakfast (one of the best we've had). Aside from a couple of tiny niggles this is an exceptional holiday venue."

"The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. "Beautiful hotel with stunning ground and excellent pools. Great location with easy walk / drive to the local village of Gennadi for excellent restaurants. Rooms and beds were absolutely 5*. Only disappointment was sun bed availability - there weren’t enough and unfortunately people reserved them before 7:30 despite signs saying this was not permitted. The only beds available had no parasol which rendered them unusable in the Greek summer heat. "
