"We loved our stay food and the property. We questioned at the beginning of our stay that th room didnt have a safe to put our valuables which was a bit of a shock all rooms must have a safe. Anyway we got a sustainable amount of money taken from our room. If we had a safe that wouldnt of happened "

"Main pool needs to be cleaned, very dirty, hair, things floating in it and the sides of it very dirty. The beach front is not for swimming. It is rocky, shallow, dead coral, and lots of garbage floating in it. It is about a 45 min walk or 20 min grab to get to a nice beach. Garden pool is great. The entire garden area is much nicer. "

"Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, we were a family group travelling with a 2year old in the group & every small detail to accommodate the whole group were met. Every staff member without exception always greeted us with a smile & were always very helpful. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There is a great choice of restaurants & poolside drinks/food. "The hotel is secluded which is great but also requires for transportation to anything outside the hotel. If you want to eat in a local restaurant rather than the hotel it's a 30 min Car Ride away. As long as that is acceptable to you no issue but if you like to go outside the hotel from time to time this can be an issue. There is nothing around the hotel area that can be deemed as acceptable, at least not what we have been able to check out. "
