"Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. "You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...

"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night. Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"I liked the property ok. We and another couple we traveled with were not happy with the AC unit location in the ceiling. Either it was too cold with air being thrown down directly upon you while sleeping or if you reset temperature, it shuts off . Disappointed no restaurants in the hotel section. Parking ok …"

"All in all a great hotel. Everywhere was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was evident they were upgrading parts of the hotel but doing it in a manner which had no effect on the use of facilities"

"Das Zimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, alles funktionierte gut, der Mann am check-in war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen (Einksuf, Essen). Kann ich definitiv empfehlen!"

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."
