"This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We came and the weather was not great and they kept us up to date with the weather at the top of fransipan. They did everything they could to help us enjoy a very wet stay. Food in the evening was delicious along with the breakfast. We left having not been able to visit fransipan. Only to receive a WhatsApp to lets us k ow the weather was better 4 days later. We then came back to visit just for the day and had to come say hello to them. Hannah was particularly helpful and would go above aand beyond for her guest. Great find!"

"Wonderful farmstay family! Great location just outside of Sapa. Option to eat dinner with the family, don’t hesitate to do it. Be mindful of the hot water supply when showering so you don’t run out of hot water while rinsing off. I can’t wait to go back!!"

"We ended up leaving this property earlier than planned because we were really disappointed with our stay. We know our visit fell over Lunar New Year, which is obviously a very busy time, and we completely understand that this can make things more hectic. That said, from the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed. We had booked and paid in advance and arrived three hours after check-in time, so we expected our room to be ready. Instead, we were told that relatives were staying in the room we had booked. We were also informed that someone had previously tried to cancel our booking, which was worrying. There was no real greeting or welcome, and it immediately made us feel like we were an inconvenience. There was also a clear language barrier. We understand there may only be one English-speaking staff member, but at times other staff seemed dismissive and even walked away while we were trying to speak with them. We stayed polite and respectful throughout, but it didn’t feel like that effort was returned. Very little information was shared with us during our stay. We weren’t approached about the advertised trekking tour, and since we didn’t book one, we weren’t given any suggestions on what else we could do. One evening, we came out of our room to find staff and other guests all eating dinner together, which hadn’t been mentioned to us at all."
