"the room was very clean and the workout facilities were first class. Pool was exceptional for a hotel. The main praise I want to give was to the front desk staff. They were all very nice and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience; especially since the price was very good!"

"Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Needed a first floor room for my mom due to the elevator being worked on amd they followed through. Breakfast was great and they rotated the options daily. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Stayed seven days celebrating Christmas and then celebrating our first grandchild being born. Plan on staying regularly as we return to spend time with our son, his wife and our grandchild."

"A very good hotel overall, and we would return were we to have cause to come back to Schaumburg specifically. The room was a highlight: huge, clean, and modern. The parking was the biggest downer: WAY too far away in a cold, snowy winter. This was a real design flaw, and the front desk knew it: they hear about it all the time, seemingly. Regardless, I'd come back to this hotel, perhaps. It's just a big conference-type behemoth, however: not much character beyond that. Lovely pool and hot-tub...
