"I booked this hotel for the wrong weekend on accident as I was coming into town for a medical procedure. I contacted them immediately to try to rectify the situation. They refused to refund the trip or even rebook it for a different weekend. Their response was for me to go ahead and book another weekend and once they saw that I had an another weekend booked they would refund the original. They didn’t have any availability for the weekend that I needed for my procedure and I wasn’t going to book a second weekend and then wait to be reimbursed. We intentionally try to use boutique hotels and things and often recommend them to friends. I understand policies exist but I was very surprised that what seems to be a newer place would respond in this manner. "

"Pool was not as clean as I’ve seen in other Hiltons, I.e. lots of debris but mostly leaves and tree limbs;. specially the hot tub (very visibly dirty after a night of lots of kids playing in it, maybe it’s not but it looked like pee). I couldn’t get myself to go in. So I just used the main pool. Our room was excellent but that air conditioner sounded like a freight truck every time it came alive - woke me up a couple of times during the night…so loud). Everything else was excellent!"
