"I wish they had clean the room when we were away all they did was just give us clean towels and that's it and the toilet was acting up kept over flowing when flushed, called front desk all they did was leave a plunger at the front door my wife had to find another bathroom outside the room to use But the man the work the front desk when we arrive he is such a asset to the hotel he sang happy birthday to my wife wish made her so happy he did his job well."

"Beautiful room and hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. It was a short stay so I didn't get a chance to use any of the ameneties but everything promised seemed to be available. Note to the girlies: bring extra lighting to do makeup in the bathroom or bring a mirror to do makeup with natural light from the window because the vanity light is romantic and not practical."

"I was unable to sleep during my stay because the beds were in very poor condition! they were lumpy and noticeably slanted instead of level. It is very concerning that beds like this are provided in an accessible room, as guests with disabilities need proper support and stability., after this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. Despite that, the staff was amazing, but unfortunately the condition of the room especially the beds was very disappointing."

"We loved this place so much, we wish we stayed here sooner since we booked it after needing a hotel transfer for the last day of our visit. The staff was so incredibly sweet and super helpful. The rooms were super clean, and it was fairly spacious. We always love the kitchen features since it adds to the homey vibes. Parking is super simple (and free) and the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area only a few minutes from the mall. The bed was also super comfy and the room had a lot of outlets...

"Pool was not as clean as I’ve seen in other Hiltons, I.e. lots of debris but mostly leaves and tree limbs;. specially the hot tub (very visibly dirty after a night of lots of kids playing in it, maybe it’s not but it looked like pee). I couldn’t get myself to go in. So I just used the main pool. Our room was excellent but that air conditioner sounded like a freight truck every time it came alive - woke me up a couple of times during the night…so loud). Everything else was excellent!"
