Atendimento excelente, mas internet péssima

Bom hotel, atendimento excelente, mas no verão os quartos são bem quentes, especialmente aqueles voltados para o jardim interno, que é lindo e bastante agradável em qualquer horário do dia. Os quartos voltados para a rua são mais frescos, mas bastante barulhentos se deixar a janela aberta para ventilar, o que era uma necessidade no verão europeu. Café da manhã excelente e o atendimento muito cordial. Ponto fraco é a internet que nas 2 semanas que ficamos em viagem a trabalho não funcionou direito e atrapalhou MUITO a viagem.

Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, alles ist sauber und die Zimmer groß genug. Highlight ist der liebevoll ausgestattete und gepflegte Gartenbereich! Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Hotel and my room were dated and small, but functional. The bathroom, in particular was tight. You get what you pay for, and I didn't want to pay too much. Located about halfway between railway station and Cathedral square, convenient for me.

Wygodny hotel niedaleko dworca kolejowego (około 10 minut pieszo) i zabytkowego centrum - od katedry też około 10 minut pieszo. Czysty pokój, dobre śniadanie, ładne mini podwórze z tyłu budynku, a w bliższej i dalszej okolicy różne lokale gastronomiczne.

Home away from home

I would return to Aachen just to stay at this hotel. The hotel feels like you are staying at a family member's house--cozy and comfortable. Great light, double-paned windows to keep the noise out; fluffy towels. It smells clean and everything is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is an amazing outdoor rooftop garden seating area where you can relax and the fitness center is amazing--fully equipped with everything you need for a real workout!! It is a 10 minute walk from the station, conveniently located to everything, AND, the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

貴社からの予約は登録されていませんでした。日本語でプリントアウトしていた予約確認書も数字しか役に立たず。でも幸い部屋があったので予約通りの値段で宿泊できました。朝食もたいへん美味しく、温泉への観光案内も大変親切、部屋の広さ清潔感も一級です。
