"I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for a few times. And I cant be more than happy. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! Always ready to help you. The room was also comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again, thank you so much!"

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"The property is clean and obviously fairly new. That being said, the area is fairly run down and it’s on a very noisy main road. The blinds in the bedroom were insufficient regards managing daylight levels and so the room was very bright, very early. Curtains over the blinds would be ideal. And whilst it has TV it doesn’t have any terrestrial channels but rather just streaming services (so I had to do a Prime video/itv x free trial just to watch the World Cup football). "didn't like from starting, plus they took 50 £ deposit for damages ,I just took a shower and a bit rest and left..I took even rubbish after my self ...so I paid for room plus they took deposit....:( very sad...my recommendation is "avoid " this hotel...a lot nicer around...I even discribe it doggy ( something not legal)"

"The room was very tinny. No AC, no fridge, the safe did not work. The window was very small. The weather was very hot and with that small table fan they provided could not get the job done. I spent most of my time outside as the room felt like I was in a prison."

"We wer upgraded to an apartment like room/ place which was big and had everything including washing machine and e big kitchen with everything in it to cook etc. The upgradding was a surprise as it came as my birthday - gift ! It was close to ABBA ARENA Will absolutely return...."

"Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!"
