"The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We had a rough first night due to a noisy heat pump, outside construction noise, etc. Christiane was very kind and sympathetic and relocated us to a new room where we slept much better. Very clean property. "

"We had the best stay we’ve ever experienced at a hotel in Chilliwack. Our room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally clean. Not just the room, but the entire hotel and all the amenities were spotless and very well maintained. Every time we visited the pool, we noticed staff actively checking towel supplies and monitoring the pool area, which really showed how much care goes into keeping everything clean and safe. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The wonderful ladies running the breakfast each morning were equally kind and genuinely positive, it made such a difference starting the day on that note. On top of all that, the room rates are extremely reasonable for the quality, cleanliness, and overall experience you receive. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we will definitely be back!"

"Advertised as pet friendly but even though our kitten had a kennel we were told no cats, so why state your pet friendly? We had to pay to house our kitten elsewhere or lose all funds. Not impressed "

"Needs to be freshened up. Front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Parking was fine. On a busy road so very noisy."

"Beautiful huge suites with kitchen, fireplace and a separate bedroom. Only downfall was no airport shuttle, no pool or hot tub and no free breakfast."

"Convenient location for travellers. Room was clean, but bring bottled water if you’re sensitive to chlorine in tap water. The pool was small but good, the water slide was a hit. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were extremely nice. I was sitting by the pool using my daughter’s towel as a blanket well she swam and one of the employees came out and brought me a blanket. They were so kind !"
