"It was a fabulous stay and the staff were fantastic. we had one issue in that on Saturday the bathroom tap came off in my wife's hand. I managed to push it together temporarily to stem the leak. The Hotel had no maintenance staff on site over the weekend and when we left on Sunday at lunch time the tap had not been repaired. This was not good."

"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. "Ardoe House is a beautiful property, very much in keeping with it's history as a baronial mansion. The decor is lavish and made us all feel very posh! The rooms are very well appointed and clean.
