"Staff was was very helpful and professional. The rooms are VERY clean. Even the AC filters and windows were clean. I think the staff member on the card was yamaguchi? Sorry for the spelling I don't remember - it was the 8th floor. I highly recommend the breakfast. The corn soup was amazing. All was fresh and tasty."

"The room was great, and huge by Japan standards. The only problem was the check in was a bit of a pain. It is all over the phone and if you are a foreigner with a phone from outside of Japan the service isn't the best and issues came up. But overall worth the price and close to the train station."

"This hotel is about 10 mins walk from JR Chitose station. It provides natural hot springs, complementary night snacks ramen, ice cream and morning yogurt drinks. The massage chair is wonderful! The room is clean and the breakfast is great. It doesn’t have a lot of seafoods, but it has plenties of side dishes selection and many other choices. I would like to stay here again if I visit Hokkaido next time."

"A relatively small, simple room, but clean, quiet, fully functional, and well-priced. Close to the new Chitose airport. Works well for a short-term, close to the airport stay."
Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose

"It was clean and room with 4 twins was roomy enough for our family. Having the shower toilet and sink all in one bathroom room was a little inconvenient for a family of 4. It is only a straight 10 minute walk to Chitose Station if you are using the train. 7-eleven next door was convenient. I would stay here again for a place close to airport arrival or departure location."
