"En general escogí el lugar por una noche con mis hijas y sobrina. Todo estuvo bien y bajo control. Me gustó la seguridad de el lugar..Lo volvería a elegir"

"The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL"

"The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR."

"I like the convenience of the quietness, friendly staff and accessible parking spaces. Because of the stairs to a 3er floor with no elevator I had to request a lower floor and from 1 bedroom apartment I was changed into a studio. The studio was nice and I accepted because I thought there was no other apartment with a bedroom available. The a/c was in the kitchen that wouldn’t get to the room. There was 2 ceilings fan in the that I had to put it higher because it was hot, but it felt like it was...

"Amazing place to stay"

"Didn’t like how the hot water only worked during the day. The back patio door was broke so we couldn’t sit out there. The parking was good but having to pay everytime you leave was annoying, try working with the hospital to get that fixed."
