"Before our arrival, the communication with Silkhaus was very good. Anytime we had a question, needed information, we would email and would get a response back within hours. Well before our arrival we received complete instructions as to how to access the parking, gaining entry into the building and the apartment itself. The unit was as nice as it was pictured, and actually better equipped with amenities than we anticipated. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, cooking utensils, dishes, and on and...

"in abu dhabi for the F1 GP weekend. we have a car so the location was perfect for exploring all the museums, grand mosque and yes marina circuit. big room (we were upgraded to a one BR unit) nothing fancy but had everything we needed. quiet. nice front desk staff! free on site valet parking"

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."
