"They want to be a nice hotel and they’re trying but I don’t think management knows how. You only get 1 towel at a time and no hand towels or wash cloths. I ran out of toilet paper. There is no restaurant and the cafe is poor and in-inviting. Front desk staff during the day were helpful and friendly but evening and night staff of men were unhelpful and unfriendly. "
