"Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary...

I have stayed in both a standard room as well as junior suite. No complaints at all in either case. And the connection to the Galleria Mall allows for great fine dining choices and superb shopping.
