"The hotel said they did not have an agreement with Expedia. They said that the agreement was with the former owner and Expedia not they the current owners. They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team."

"This hotel does not exist at the address provided. When I arrived at the address advertised on Expedia, it was not the Apartment I booked.
It was a horrible experience"

"Overall a nice stay. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are a little run down. Staff was really pleasant and professional and went the extra miles to help. Bad experience with the restaurant and terrible buffet breakfast, but that can be improved."
