"As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."

"Had to pay a deposit on arrival. Wanted me to write my debit card details down on paper in order to refund because they have outdated equipment. Very unsafe. "

"The walls a thin unfortunately very noisy people in room next door could hear music playing and talking did not sleep well, tv not easy to figure out option freeview one channel. Very noisy heatpump. Step up shower not step in shower. When complained re noise issues receptionist laughed mutter sorry but i asked if they rent there. Had that feeling as heard domestic earlier further down in same complex. "
