"Everything was great! My only observation was that the shower diverter, that valve that shunts water from the tub to the shower, was faulty; I ended up having the tub and shower working at the same time. ;)"

"The guy at front desk, Mui, was amazing. Helped us find places to eat. Gave exact directions to get to the hotel from the airport. The cleaning staff did an amazing job of getting everything clean."

"The hotel was centrally located and close the mall. The only complaint we had is we had to leave!"

"Not a great value for the price, $600 is quite steep for very small room with no amenities. The heating/cooling unit in the room was so loud making Stanley Kubrick movie like noises I had to turn it off which left the room stale with no airflow as it was keeping me awake. Toilet also ran loudly continuously. Would not return."

"This is a New'ish hotel in a New'ish neighborhood: NoMa. Street vibe is young. I was in town for business and it was very convenient for my work. Red Line Metro station about 200 metres away makes it easy to get downtown and DuPont Circle. Capitol Hill is 15 minute walk. There is a bar & restaurant on site but Starbucks is very close and a Harris Teeter if you have to stay in and need to pick up something to eat plus sandwich shops etc. Place was a bit over-designed for my taste but then I'm older than most of the people who stay there and maybe they know how to make the iPad through which you access the entertainment system work. I couldn't figure it out."

"We were there for a short visit to go to the White House. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the time of arrival to checkout and anything in between. We will definitely be back! Thank you Riggs!"
