El servicio no me gusto, se llamo a recepción para reportar el aire acondicionado y toallas que no habían dejado y lo del aire nunca mandaron a técnico y las toallas después de mil horas subieron a dejarlas. Deberían de dejar agua para beber, no que sólo un día dejaron y me comentaron que era por cortesía y me hicieron firmar un documento que no podía introducir nada de alimentos al hotel. En fin... Servicio de albercas, todo muy bien.

Aunque están en remodelación, me parece qué hay detalles que no pueden fallar, solo una habitación tenia caja fuerte y estaba cerrada, la otra la instalación eléctrica tenía detalles que preocupaban pues antes de encender una luz como que está hacia corto, y la tina no funcionaba bien me dieron una tapita pero igual estaba más grande que donde se coloca y pues se salía, de ahí en más el personal de limpieza muy atentó y amable.

Disappointed arrival/ Happy stay and checkout.

Excellent stayed. Disappointed at the arrival the hotel was in remodelation. Long wait to checking. But I met Betty Arellano (MOD) and resolved all my inquiries, took of my checking, luggage, internet, boarding pass and checkout. This property is lucky to have an associte of this caliber, always smiling even with all the pressure there was with all the changes this hotel is going through. Thank you Betty hope to see you soon.

El hotel está en terribles condiciones, da asco estar ahí. El servicio de lo peor. Te venden fotos de un hotel remodelado y el hotel le falta demasiado para terminar con la remodelación.

Grand Hotel Acapulco 2019

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there is only one restaurant open. Wifi was very slow, but everything else was excellent. Service, cleanliness, security, attention were all excellent.

Solo hubo un detalle muy malo , al estar nadando en ele mar , abrieron un desagüe que se encuentra a un costado del hotel y llego agua de caño al mar y además en momento que estábamos varias personas nadando , tuvimos que salirnos inmediatamente, no sé qué puedan hacer con eso
