We stayed here for the Masters tournament as Augusta hotels were ridiculously priced. Very clean and very friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay at the Hyatt again!

The staff was kind but not helpful. The rooms are NOT clean. The pool is horribly maintained. The water was so cloudy. The ad stated the pool was heated but the water was ICE COLD! The breakfast area was clean but not tasty. The coffee tasted as if it was made with filthy smelly water. But the worst ...
