"The single room is in the attic upstairs, small but clean and sufficient. The bathroom is private for the guest, located just outside the room, and is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The location is a bit far from the city center, but not excessively. Highly recommended."

"Apartment spotless, well equipped kitchen. The host was very welcoming and thoughtful, always willing to help. Our stay was for 2 weeks, so Claudia left us a care package to get us started, pasta, sauce, milk, coffee, etc, as we arrived later. Property very safe, gated. Easy to walk to the Duomo, restautants, Santa Maria Novella. Many thanks to Antonio, he looked after the apartment. "

"Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??"

"Staff is wonderful and kind, very accommodating. We stayed here with a lot of family members for our wedding, we got a beautiful spacious suite with the best courtyard views. The rooms are so beautifully designed, the whole villa is just dreamy and true Tuscany. Breakfast is amazing with so many options and so fresh, so delicious! Service is great too. "Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautifully located in the Tuscan hills. We were gifted with amazing views of Florence from just about anywhere on the property. The staff went above and beyond to make our 27 night stay memorable. Breakfast was bountiful with a great selection. "

"This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, as someone who travels solo often sometimes you are just looking for some peace and not having to do everything on your own. I am in awe of the property. If you are looking for privacy, story book views, and gardens this is the place to be. The staff is also incredibly kind and always looking to help in any way they can. Breakfast was sumptuous with a beautiful offering of fresh bakery items as well as a variety of juice, quiche, fresh fruit and more as well as a nice breakfast menu.
