Not what was advertised. I was very disappointed to say the least with the way the hotel is kept. The name Alisa was deceptive as I expected much more from them.

Bathroom disappointing. Positioning of room furniture terrible. Coffee/tea pot didn't work. Ordered fish and was given chicken. Had to carry my luggage and look for own transportation at check out. Facility noisy. Breakfast they serve you what they want. Not self serve. Terrible experience at this facility won't recommend to anyone. I'm sorry.

The staff at the receptionist were really kind and polite. I got every help I needed right away, and even when I needed an iron urgently to press my dress for my appointment, I was handed one by the receptionist without any stress.

Starting from Checking in, the receptionist was rude. Took her 20 mins to find out that the room was double booked, one with another local and I booked through Expedia. The breakfast is no good, toaster not in eating area, no eggs, leftovers served. The rooms were getting flooded while we showered as no shower curtain, pathetic customer service. Recommend to get another place like Fiesta Royal hotel for cheaper. Thieves work at Alisa. Stay away

The bed is too hard, the pillows are too small, no hand towels. The past few visits they are always out of drinks at the bar. This time they even ran out of bottled water. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast and the breakfast yhey provided was cold at 7:30 in the morning. How can you eat cold scrambled eggs, cold sausage, and cold toast. I enjoy staying at this hotel but something needs to be done about ordering and making sure supplies are in house. You can't sell drinks if you don't keep them in stock.
