The room is big, the bed is firm, the staff are cordial and helpful, the hot water flows. But the TV service is horrible and I had to wait until 7pm to move into my room. It seems to me there is no reason the TV has to be so poor.

I didnt like the property at all. There wasnt any transportation provided from airport as stated on website. Long story short we went to another hotel during the duration of our two week stay in Ghana.

i have stayed at this hotel several times, friendly staff, but the information on hotels.com about price for late check out is wrong, they charge 150 cedis not 80 cedis as stated

Opportunities For Improvement

I was excited to try this hotel on my stay in Ghana. The receptionist area was welcoming and he was very nice, also helpful. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy. There is room for improvement in all areas. I love clean hotels to stay when travelling but this was not. Comfort: Bed was not comfy; had hard time resting Clealiness: As I saw roaches in the washroom I would say it is not as clean as it could be. I hope to be able to stay in the future.

The hotel staff were professional and nice, and the hotel itself was clean. However the mattress was too thin and I could only get one single channel on the TV. Secondly it took me about 30 minutes driving around the same vicinity looking for the hotel as the map on Expedia isn’t accurate. I told that to the hotel receptionist who simply laughed at that, telling me he knows about that. But overall, I enjoyed my stay there because of the fair price and proximity to Osu where I usually hanged and had meals. I’d certainly stay in this hotel again and recommend to friends and family.

I liked the round bed in presidential suite. However the bathroom was in a terrible state. Will I recommend? No. Not good value for money. You can get better in Accra for the same price.

Very hard to locate

The staffs were great but the facilities were nothing to write home about. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the air conditioning was not functioning well. The toilet paper was cheap too if that matters to you.

Fake Luxus und Schimmel nahe Airport

es war nicht transparent wieviel das Taxi kostet. Der Fahrer war frech und obwohl ich das Hotel schon bezahlt habe hat er nach Geld gefragt, nicht nur Trinkgeld, sondern erneute Bezahlung. D.h. Dinge sind schlecht koordiniert und etwss langsam. Das Restaurant ist gut.

Well located in the center of Accra this hotel suffers from very average quality bedroom, rustic bathroom, bedroom or small and not little storage space available. The staff is present but not very efficient. Good breakfast. In the end poor quality / price ratio.

Schlaflose Nacht in Accra

Wie jedes Mal in diesem Hotel haben wir ein Zimmer in der nächsten Nähe der Reception bekommen. In der gesamten Nacht waren laute Geräusche von den Türen , zuschlagen und öffnen , zu hören, verursacht vom Personal, laute Gespräche, Toilettengeräusche da die Türen offen blieben. Das ist insbesondere in den Zimmern 3 und 4 zu hören. Warum bekommt man vom Hotel als EXPEDIA Kunde immer diese Zimmer ? Die Räume sonst sind gut und in Ordnung, die Rücksichtslosigkeit des Personals aber ist Spitze in Accra.
