You can’t beat it for the price! We were traveling home from a trip up north, we needed somewhere safe, clean, and convenient. Royal inn and suites checked all those boxes. If we’re ever in the area again I will stay here.

Breakfast was great. I only wish it could remain open for one more hour. such as 10am. Having young one’s, I am exhausted mostly, so when on vacation I like to get up a little later than usual compared to when I have to work.

I absolutely love this hotel. I travel to Adairsvile quite often and have stayed in other surrounding hotels but after my experience at Royal I will only stay there. The staff is unbelievably warm and welcoming, the rooms are in excellent condition as well as very spacious for the price and the breakfast is delicious. Thank you to the staff at Royal for ensuring that my trip was nothing but enjoyable.

Big Surprise

This was about halfway on my trip from sourh Florida to St. Louis. I chose this hotel based on location and price. What a huge surprise for the price. Great service at the front desk, extremely clean and decent breakfast to get going. Not a lot of frills, but a great stay at a great price.

Very nice girl at desk was very pleasant. Absolutely awesome breakfast. Quite unique. Scrambled eggs, broccoli, hotdog and all the normals. I got to have eggs and hotdogs for breakfast and nobody could fuss at me because that's what was served. Will be making this my regular hotel for work in town. Excellent room as well. Way beyond what you would expect for the price

Exceptional customer service from the young lady at the front desk—both in person and over the phone—truly felt like concierge-level care you’d expect at the Ritz-Carlton. As someone who travels monthly for work, I was impressed: top 5 most comfortable beds, a great shower, ice-cold A/C, and everything was clean. Only downside was the floor feeling a bit greasy. Overall, considering the price, I’d rate this a strong 9.0 out of 10.

This property was good for the amount paid. Comes with a small full fridge/freezer, microwave & provided breakfast. The staff was nice, facilities were quiet. They could do a better job cleaning but nothing majorly concerning (I bring clorox wipes, lysol spray & room sprays for stays that need extra care.) They need more storage (dresser) for clothing.

It looks like it is a renovation in progress. On arrival I recognized that I had stayed at the Quality Inn nearby 18 months ago, and I believe this building was closed at the time. The lobby is very nice, but stepping into the hallway where the rooms are changes things. The hallway was lined with very stained carpet. The room was generally clean, but splash stains on the walls seem like repainting was not a priority in the renovation. Furniture and fixtures were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room was not a “suite” as the name implies: 11x17 with just enough room for the long desk and 2 queen beds. The manager(owner?) appeared to live here - he greeted us for check in at 6pm in his flannel pajamas, and was in the same when we checked out in the morning. The breakfast looked promising, but there was nothing in the warming pans. Aside from the coffee and the ability to make a waffle, it was a cold breakfast. For the price, it was a comfortable bed, but don’t expect much more.

Room and hotel is very clean. We didn't have acces to the elevator, so moved our laggage upstairs ourself by stairs. It was Advertaised breakfast included- no breacfast at all, even no cofee machine in the room.

Sticky Floors

I check in and found the floors to the room sticky. I was told they are all like that due to chemicals they use. I asked the floor to be mopped with soap and water and it seamed to help so I stayed. They next day they use chemicals which made the floor even more sticky. The customer service and the rest of everything else was good. They just do not know not to put chemicals on a laminate floor.

This is a family run business, with very friendly, courteous staff. We stayed there for a night and everything was proper, from the main entrance to the hallways. Our room had a comfortable bed, and a clean washroom. We would definitely stay there again.
