"This property is pretty run down and poorly stocked for a condo, espcially at this price. It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work. Don't expect anything that a typical condo may come with, like say shampoo. It's definitely had water damage and a host of other problems that have never really been fixed. "Great property and location. Ground floor bedroom very drafty especially when windy at Killington. Made it difficult to comfortably get rest. Otherwise very nice living space. At the high end for cost for the size and location. "
