There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"Nice hotel and grounds with good access to the boardwalk. We stayed at the RIU Arecas, the hotel immediately behind it. The RIU Palace is a good hotel if you want larger hotel gardens and boardwalk access for the elderly etc. However, if you don’t mind walking down a large flight of steps, the RIU Arecas is the same standard and had better food."
