Besides the super friendly staff, everything else was terrible. Building smelled like a wet dog. Our room floor was damp. The “crib” the website says they provide is actually just a raggedy super old playpen. My 15 month old was trying to hard to get comfortable but ultimately had to sleep with us ...

The elevator was broken. We were put on the 3rd floor. The clerk complained about her job. The hot tub was not in working conditions. We normally like to stay at this hotel, but not so much this time. :(
