"Newpark was a great place to stay for our family ski trip. The staff cleaned the room each day, and we commented that it was the most thorough daily cleaning we've ever experienced. The location near walkable restaurants and grocery stores was much appreciated.
The only con we saw was that the Kimball Junction shuttle at the hotel didn't start running until 9 AM so if you wanted to catch a bus to the ski areas early, you'd have to walk to the Transit Center. "

"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. "

"Perfect Hotel for our stay at Snowbird. Quick and easy 100m walk to the base lodge which made us stay so much easier. Really nice and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna for afterwards. Less fancy than neighboring and sister Cliffs hotel but an easy ride over to use the amenities. "

"Great location and definitely ski in and out. Room was spacious but location of the room wasn’t ideal. It looked out on the front entrance and valet area. Also noisy when people were in the hall. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. The rest of the staff was great. Recommend the Sunday brunch, just make sure you aren’t seated next to a door. "
