We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. "We came to Crete, Greece for a wedding of close friends. We chose this hotel to be away from the wedding chaos and hustle and stay somewhere quiet and a bit out of the way. This location exceeded our expectations and then some! The food, the staff, the chill atmosphere was exactly what we needed. "Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Das Essen beim tollen Buffet war grandios und sehr gesund und abwechslungsreich. Die perfekte Ernährung für Schwangere ist möglich :-). Das Essen könnte beim Buffet wärmer sein. Die Kombi aus riesigem Pool für Schwimmbegeisterte und Meer ist super. Die schönen Strände sind leider recht weit weg. Doch will man die Anlage ohnehin ungern verlassen. Paddle-Tennis und Gym indoor und Outdoor ist auch etwas Besonderes. "

"The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. "

"Wir haben zweimal hier, auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Beide Male erhielten wir ein großes Studio, obwohl wir nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Yannis war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns für die Rückfahrt vom Hafen von Kissamos von sich aus ein Taxi bestellt und uns darüber per E-Mail informiert. Was für ein Service! Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, die Ausstattung ebenso. Und wir habrn sehr gut geschlafen! "

"Super hôtel avec possibilité de restauration à proximité. Plage et piscine avec transats dans le complexe de lhôtel ainsi qu'un bar, genre tikki bar. Personnel très aimable. Hôtel très propre, rénové récemment. Chambre avec vue mer et avec un grand balcon. Petit-déjeuner buffet très complet et varié, salé et sucré. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
