"From the start Erika was a great communicator helping us with airport transfer, greeting us at the drop off, helping with luggage. The Riad was excellent, spotless and with a lively rooftop breakfast every morning. Eriko helped with any issues (we got lost!) and all in all it was a brilliant brilliant experience!"

"Horrible time there, first I paid for transportation and they drove me to 3 different one, not even offering my money back, I paid for a room with view they put me in wrong one after 4 nights of 7 I get the right one, and the ac was doing liquid water sound so I can’t sleep, they moved me to another room for the night at 2 am, just the people on the rooftop was amazing"

"Very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I arrived about five hours before check-in and the staff was so kind as to allow me to check-in early. The staff was helpful in every way and the tours booked through them were very nice. I highly recommend, and the view of the pyramids was amazing"
