"I had booked to stay here however once I got to the hotel it was not what I expected so I got my money back and went somewhere else. (The staff was very nice to deal with, not her fault.) It smelt like smoke, the chair in the room was stained and disgusting, the bathroom has a cigarette burn in the shower and mold. Unacceptable. "

"Absolutely horrid experience and disgusting property from a cleanliness standpoint. Oh, and good luck calling the number for their *free* hotel shuttle service. We called for 20 minutes and no one picked up. Had to pay to Uber to the property. My daughter and I were visiting for the weekend and to save a few dollars, we booked this hotel at the airport. We didn't arrive until almost midnight on Friday, May 8th, and the front desk associate was downright unpleasant, unkind, and borderline mean....

"I would not recommend staying at The Golfers Inn. Our experience on 5/07/26 was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the rooms were extremely dirty. We found hair and dirt in the bed, which made it obvious the sheets had not been properly changed. We asked for another room, but the second room was dirty as well. Room 228 had a broken bathroom door, and cigarette smoke was coming through the vents the entire time. The overall condition of the property felt unsanitary...

"Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!"
