"The hotel was truly what it was worth—the breakfast and dinner, which I had opted for while booking, were excellent. The travel desk manager Suchinta Das Biswas is an extremely warm and kind hearted person. He readily bonded with me (and as far as what I have seen, other guests too) and provided travel tips and advice on nearby touristic and (off maps) great places to visit. The chef, buffet, and reception staff were very kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff, who identify themselves as Abdul Kasim and Shyamal, proactively cleaned my room and were professional and passionate in offering their service. Overall had a very positive experience."
