"Balcony and view was incredible! Breakfast was good. No one was in the office when I arrived at 3:00 pm. The phone number for the office was incorrect on the booking website and did not work. I finally found the phone number on some gift items on the counter. This took 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. Then another 20 minutes to get the right key.
