"Acro staff and facilities were exceptional! We loved our 5 night stay. The rooms are private, all with full sea view & excellent design features. Breakfast each day was great with plenty of options. All staff were very kind and attentive. Like everywhere in Greece, coffee isn’t great. We’d recommend an expresso with hot milk on the side (took 3 days to figure this out !). "Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included. Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive. Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it."
