"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. Really recommend this hotel!"

"We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again."

Between meals the snack bar didnt have much to eat so if you missed a meal even by a small bit you were stuck til the next meal. 2. The entertainment wasnt great. It felt like the activity people had a budget of like 0 bucks and mostly just played music. Would be nice to have more to do at the resort."

"Fantastic 5 night day, we were upgraded to a suite in the adults exclusive area on arrival. The view from our room was stunning. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The à la carte restaurants served fresh food to a high standard. We shall be back!"

"Stayed one night and it was perfect!! Staff were helpful and only 15 min walk from the main areas which was great. We didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle where it was loud. Breakfast was also really good. Had everything you wanted. If I go back to Heraklion I’d definitely stay there again. Parking included was a bonus."

"One of the best resorts I have ever visited. From the property, staff, our suite, the service, the smell, attention to details and food; 100/10. My friends and I had an amazing time and did not even explore or utilize all the amenities. Will definitely be back with my spouse."

"We stayed in a junior suite. Overall the room was lovely and the view over the beach was the best part. As we were in a suite a sofa would have been nice but there was one chair. The staff at Expedia were very good and answered every query efficiently so will definitely be using Expedia again. Also the hotel staff were very polite. The food area were very clean and had a sufficient variety of options every day although there was always a shortage of spoons and cups. Everyone was constantly asking the staff for more of these. Beach towels, you had to pay 2€ to change which was a surprise. There was no bar after 9pm and there was only 2 sofas by the bar to sit after you had eaten. We probably won't stay at this hotel again but overall we had a nice stay."
