"Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our honey moon and it couldn’t be better the suite was gorgeous with a balcony and the most stunning views. "Absolutely stunning, historic property. Exceeds expectation. If you like Four Seasons, this far outshines. Property, accommodations, staff, and location are outstanding. We stayed in beautiful hotels in Portugal--this one is far/away the finest. Location is in the center of the historic, beautiful, charming village, which cannot be missed for meals, strolling, photos, etc. Highly recommend making the trip to the Arouca Geo Park for the Paiva Walkways and the suspension pedestrian bridge--experience of a lifetime!"
